I hold a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential, supporting a compassionate and results-oriented approach to development.

Growing up in New Mexico (the small state between Arizona and Texas that isn’t part of Mexico) nurtured my love of creativity, endurance, and balance—values that shape how I coach and live.
